Way to sort of allow "Rainbow Roles" (Gradient Feature)

So as we know, rainbow roles are banned. Even I know they are banned. It's because they are basically spamming the API and it will slow discord down... I see these bots out there and think of how much they are breaking discord.

So I am not sure if this also will overload the API, but how about a Gradient Feature? It is a close alternative to set it up but also for multiple colors. An example could be my nickname starts dark blue on the left then with a Gradient Slider, I can make it into a more purplish color.

This could be free to all users to, nitro subscribers, idrk what can be special. Maybe they can set more sliders on one role? That idrk, but maybe the max should be like 2-5, whatever is enough to not slow the API. Ig maybe nitro could even change the gradient positioning. So like instead of a basic from left to right, they could do from up to down or set it in a diagnol position
