Youtube Subscriber Role Integration

I want when somebody join my discord and if their youtube account is connected with discord and if they are subscribed to my channel then get Subscriber role in my discord server please tell me is there any kind of bot that can do this thing. This feature is already available for twich but why not for Youtube?

    But what about servers which do not came under partner servers?

    and why this kind of feature is only available parter server?

    if twitch integration is available for all servers then why not youtube integration
