Idea for reactions (per permission use)
I have a ticket system bot, and by clicking on an emoji you can open a ticket, and I have also implemented another emoji that will open a ticket but only for vips (people with a custom role).
The problem is that there is currently no option to prevent certain users from not being able to interact with an emoji, my idea is add a option that lets only a specified role interact with a defined emoji, if user hasn't this role he cant interact.
