Add a new poll feature!

League

Poll features would be useful and beneficial in many ways. You could:

- Incorporate it into messages

- Use it to suggest features in Discord servers

- Be able to have a schedule on when to end the poll (show results)

- And possibly make it for admins only, because you know, if everyone used it... it would become a mess lol.
