Why can't Make caption/comment when upload a picture?

After I update the app, I just realized that a button is missing. The keyboard button when upload a pic or file is gone. It's a caption. And on this update, it's gone. I just can't put picture then give comment to it. Waste of time. Why can't put comment and pic on same time?

    Hi Kevinngw this is most likely a glitch can you please submit a request to discord under Bug Reporting and one of the lovely staff members will get back to you within 1 - 2 hours
