GitHub comment link cards could be a lot better

I posted a link to a specific comment, and got this GitHub comment link card:

• The summary shown on the card is the summary of the page, but the link was supposed to be to the comment, so I think it makes more sense to show a preview of the comment.
• Why am I seeing light theme even though both Discord and GitHub are dark theme? Double you tee eff?
