Roles assignment and role removal: request for mass input

managing a server with fast cycling of roles, it would be immensely helpful to be able to load a CSV or txt (or text field?) to assign/remove roles to a list of users.
I'm currently deleting manually 460 manually assigned roles (as they will be assigned to different people for 2022) and it's really painful.
