Profile Banners for non-Nitro Users

Allow normal users to customise their profile banners with a static image, instead of just changing the colour, then allow Nitro users to have an animated banner, a bit like profile pictures.

    I'd say they've thought about that. It's probably a feature so people actually buy nitro, Its a company.
