Make the filter also sort through standalone files

I recently realized when I was browsing a discord with mod files for a game, that the filter will not show results of standalone files sent. e.g. If someone sends a file that is "Cookie.fileextension" it will not show up on the filters. It will only be found by scrolling or a direct message link of it, but this becomes particularly annoying when the channel you are sorting in is only standalone files. Yes you can sort by "has: file" but even then it will not let you actually type in a file name to sort by.

I would greatly appreciate if the filter option also included standalone file names.
