maintain boost badges

there's an old server i'm considering getting rid of, or at the very least cancelling my boosts for. however, i have a near-max boost badge that i don't want to lose. boost badges should be maintained even when you cancel it. they shouldn't progress any further, but should be able to stay and then go back to progressing once the user boosts another server.

    Updooted. It doesn’t make sense why these badges track the oldest boosts, but not the general boosting time.
