Server Glitch

so for some reason every couple of days one of the servers i have muted is suddenly not, i have it so its until i turn back on and i have everything checked off so i get no sounds or notifications from that server. im guessing its either a glitch, or for some reason the program can bypass my options to push whatever promotion is being @ to. ive checked online and it seems im not the only one with this problem and i dont want to leave the server and that seems to be my only option in order to remove notifications from it. please do something about it.
