Poor quality of support

The lack of any real communication from discord to users when it comes to disabled or deleted accounts is honestly ridiculous. No warnings, never actually told what specific message or action got you banned, and rarely if ever do you get to speak to a real human being instead of just being brushed off by a bot. Fix your support. Hire more people and maybe actually respond to support tickets instead of just brushing off users who haven't done anything wrong.
