A way to send messages without notifying the reciever
So often I need to tell someone something, but they're in the middle of streaming, busy or in a call with someone else. I'd love a feature to send a quiet message to them that doesn't notify, so I can tell my friend the all-important snake fact I just learned without ruining their D&D ambience.

They honestly need to just be set to DND if they're busy with D&D (yes pun, I guess.)
I can imagine ways that silent messages could be exploited. Ultimately, it is a given person's responsibility to filter out messages that are a bother to them, not the person who is sending them. You have no control over how a message will be received because you can't what's know when it's a bother.
