Public Category Muting For Private Members

Hi, I'd love to see this following feature developed: 

In my server I have a high-tier role which is the only one that can access a private category.

I'd like an option which disables this role from getting any notifications from any activity in the public categories. 

This is for my highest paying customers who want a quieter, more intimate experience in their private category, but still want to be a part of the community at large.
