More customizable role icons

The new role icons are a nice feature and I hope to see them made more flexible for example how they are placed (before or after the name), as well as options for mobile use and animated emoji icons. The main thing I would like to see is an option on an individual level for people to opt out of it as while most people enjoy or don't mind it some wont, one thing in particular I've noticed is a small group expressing being uncomfortable by the icons visual change to the service who now find discord a less pleasant experience.
