Have I been hacked?

Ok, so today I had received a message from my friend talking about free nitro and how had two to redeem. I clicked on it and it sent me to the discord redeem area and it asked me to scan a QR code, I scanned it from my iPad and it automatically sent that same scam message to all my Discord friends. I had not entered any credit card info to that redeem page. Will this cause any future damage? I have currently signed out from my Discord account on both devices.

    yes and my account is disabled by Discord even though discord itself made the hack/virus.
