Feature Request - New joins in voice call temporarily highlighted

Frequently during large server voice chats, I'll hear the join notification sound but then struggle to figure out who joined the call. A helpful feature would be if the person's name were highlighted or had an icon next to their pfp for 5 or 10 seconds to indicate the new person, and to then fade to normal. This could even be toggleable in server settings.
