Ref: + Commands e.g. +(emoji) - Can they be blocked? Is there a way to disable them?

Scenario: Tip.cc Tipping Bot - Crypto Airdrops and RedPackets which are features of the bot.

Problem: Users are gaining an advantage by typing +(tada emoji) because the + command allows a user to issue the command before the Tipcc bot issues the emoji. This means some users are collecting most Redpacket drops and 1 second Airdrops consistently.

I understand from what I've been told that + commands are not part of messaging but are a direct command to the client itself.

This is not a 'self-bot' issue but rather an unfortunate consequence of the + command being a direct client command rather than a message. So is there any way to block or restrict + commands?

I am asking with a view to tell the tip.cc developers how to implement the restriction but at the same time maybe asking for the ability to block + commands within the client.
