A serious word with Discord and NFTs/Cryptocurrency in general.

Discord.. this is me being serious, and it’s directly at your paused plans regarding NFTs and Web3. And this is bearing repeating.

NFTs, Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin related acts are all scams regardless of what the Pro-NFT people say.

It’s not just Web3 that’s the problem, it’s the plans of a Chatting Platform, millions of people are living in every single day, be it for Roleplay, discussions, official groups of famous media, etc and suddenly have NFT integration in a platform beloved by others.

We’ve seen Disney go against everything with their Pixar Film W.A.L.L.E by a NFT statue of the titular character, Behaviour of Dead By Daylight fame collabing with Park Avenue and Boss Protocol with HELLRAISER NFTS for the DLC. We are legit sick and fed up of hearing and seeing NFTs everywhere on the news and in our platforms.

Our voices will stay heard, and we will be stronger than ever before.

Don’t pause your plans.. CANCEL them. No exceptions WE DO NOT WANT NFTS IN OUR DISCORD.

And I am not standing here waiting for another platform destroy itself with NFT related content.

Discord, SERIOUSLY reconsider this..

We will NOT stop at this.

We will NOT accept this if this slips back into our platform we love.

If you add this plans regardless of our pleas, then you have failed as a platform and this community and great shame will be put in your name for years..
