Popout Text Channel

In call, have a text-voice channel for those who don't have a microphone or don't/can't speak over microphone, it'd be very good to have the ability to pop-out a specific text channel and pin it somewhere on my screen as well as lowering the background transparency of discord for that pop-out text channel.
