Suggestion for servers

My idea is that you would be able to send a message to certain people (or roles) in a discord server. If you dont want others to see it and you dont want to create a channel for 1 message you can use this feature to send a message to someone who is breaking the rules so others dont have to see it. (Why this would be more helpful than dms is cuz you can reply to them to say which message its about, they might have dms off and overall just quicker and easier). Ofc u can make it a permission so not everyone can have it.
