[Suggestion] - Server Permissions Management

Hello. 

I've got a small suggestion concerning permissions. On a given role, Channel, or Category within a Guild/Server. 

Allow an option to turn off, turn on, or keep neutral for the entire row of permissions. 

Keep the simple "red X/grey slash/green check mark" style of the 'all permissions' addon. 

slap it on top of the permissions line. 

This would make permission work a little easier on the admin side of things.
