Separate rate limit for bot avatar change via API

Hi,

If I've understood correctly, Discord is rate limiting user avatar change to 10 minutes per change. I'd like to suggest lowering this limit for bots, per API token.

Use case: we've a server running 10-mans for a video game, and we use a bot for tracking the amount of players in that queue. Since this queue can sometimes take a while to fill up, we'd like to use the bot's avatar to display the number of users currently queued—this makes the number obvious without users needing to query the bot manually. But because we're limited to 10 minutes per avatar change, this number can be wildly out of date.

I'd love it if we could get bots down to 1 minute per avatar change, but I'd be happy to settle for less.

    The bot status ("presence", I suppose it's called?) feature seems to work well for what I was after, thanks.
