Clear Overlay lower left of Windows Screen when Discord is running

With Windows 11, when the Discord App is loaded, eventually a clear overlay appears in the lower left of the screen preventing being able to click in that area (busy circle constantly spins when the icon is over that area of the screen). The only way to get rid of it is to close out of Discord completely, and reboot the computer.  It's fine - until I use Discord App again. Which makes the app rather a huge issue to use rather than the browser option.
