Add an option to start Discord on second screen or remember where it was closed (PC)

I have 2 screens on my PC.

Most application are launched on the same screen they were closed last time.
But not Discord, I always have to move the windows on my secondary screen. Since video games are also always launched on primary screen it is very usefull to have Discord on the secondary screen.

  I agree with this. I also noticed I cannot easily drag the Discord window onto a second high-DPS monitor easily (which may be a Windows 10 issue), I have to get it to overlap and then regrab from the destination monitor.
  
  Having Discord remember the monitor, window size and state (maximized) would be ideal to fix this.
