Window Placement in Secondary Monitor

Discord should remember which monitor the app was last in, and place it there upon reboot/restarting your computer. It currently only does this sometimes, but not others, and is mildly annoying that the user has to wait for the app to load to drag the window around. Wastes around 5-10 seconds after most all of my reboots. I've just now resorted to stopping Discord from starting up automatically.
