Who created this system?

This is not a convenient system to work in. And the support information on how to maneuver and create channels/roles is not easy to follow.  If they want to improve, they should really think about doing Video tutorials for users to follow.  That is the 'IN' Thing now.  I have been going around in circles trying to create a channel (i think that is what I have to do) in order to follow a thread! But again I don't know because the Support page isn't clear.
