Problems verifying

A server where I am a member, receently revamped their processes and required all users to verify their access. When I try to do this, the phone number I use says it is in use by another account. I have tried to access the support team, but they keep giving me the same exact script and take two or more days to respond. Does anyone know of a quick way out of this???
