2 days ago, i sent in a support ticket about some issues with the phone verification system, and there has been no response at all, not even an email confirming that the ticket was received... im starting to get really annoyed with these guys, as i sent a ticket back in august of last year about how i had been warned about false reporting when i didn't do anything of that sort, and even showed a screenshot of how i hadn't reported anyone. But i got a response (most likely from a bot) about how they "investigate every report thoroughly, and take into consideration the context in which the reported content was posted." and how they "only take action if they have confirmed a violation." I'm even convinced that the person who reported me for false report got off scot free. I don't believe that the team is making a full effort towards their users. If any of the Discord staff see this: please fix this.

It's strange that you haven't even got a confirmation email, because usually whenever you submit a ticket for any shorts, you usually get a confirmation email. This might suggest that the ticket wasn't properly sent.
as for the false reporting part, I can't speak on it since I am not part of the moderation team.
