Permit usage of different text-to-speech voices

One of the updates in the last few months seems to have permanently locked Discord into MS David (UPDATE: I have since discovered that they are locked to the default voice for your region via the Windows Settings). Most of the default MS voices are a sensory nightmare for me - I had been using a custom one up until then.

I've been using discord for a very long time, and the loss of access to custom voices has impacted my ability to use this application effectively. I've had to disable TTS entirely, and as a result, I miss important information and entire conversations if I'm not actively reading the window.

Please give my access to custom voices back!

    This has hit our community, we have an indiviual who is mute that plays with us. It is quite upsetting to her that she is forced to use a male voice.
