Setting a sound output for speakers/headphones

I would like to have an ioption like a keybind to change from loudspeakers to headphone (7.1 sound system) in one click.

I have to change it for games like insurgency sandstorm where you cant hear footsteps with loudspeakers.

is it possible that you implement it ?

or is there maybe an app for that ?
