Question about reporting a server

I reported a Discord server for violating community guidelines. I received a email last night saying they were doing a "investigation" but haven't gotten a response since. Is it normal for this to take a long time?

  Yes, of course it is. Discord service takes about a month or so to respond (based on what ive experienced and read).
