Unable to reach a human via support to appeal a false report

My account was banned for 'sharing personal information of other users', the "personal information" in question was a fake address (literally randomly generated) I posted while joking around with a friend. Someone (not my friend) reported the message and I was banned for violating TOS. It's also very possible the message was reported knowing that the message out of context would get me banned (it's a whitelisted server by the way, not a public discord)

As I didn't actually post any personal information (read: fake randomly generated address), I thought I would be able to appeal. Upon requesting an appeal, I was told by Clyde (assumedly a bot) that since I was banned for violating the TOS, my account will not be reinstated which seems to defeat the point of even having an appeal system.

Is there a way I can get in contact with an actual human to try and rectify this situation? It's kind of annoying to have 8 years of DMs gone because someone reported a message out of context to get my banned.
