Remove non-friends from Activity tab

Currently I can see non-friends listening to Spotify in my Activity tab. I do share servers with them but I am not interested in seeing what they are doing since they aren't my friends. Even if I block them they still show up there.

    Yea, please give us an option where we only can see the activities of our friends not rnd people on a server. I'm getting kind of paranoid every time.
