How long does Discord usually take to respond to urgent tickets (hacking, account stolen, etc.)
Hello!
My account was stolen a few days back- the hackers didn't the email or password, but they did create a 2FA that is now barring me from entering my account. This account contains my contacts, my friends, and four years' worth of roles, memories, and DMs. I'm worried I'll lose it.
The moment this happened, I submitted a ticket via the support system here- I've elaborated on my circumstances, and selected the "hacker enabled 2FA" option on the ticket. It's been a day. When should I expect a response?
I've seen people on here say sometimes it takes weeks. Should I just expect to lose my account forever? I'm really scared.

Hi! Update, I've gotten my account back! It turns out, as long as you yourself were not responsible for the 2FA that locked you out, Discord can help you completely reset your account info by sending you a link. It took just under 2 days for me, but it MIGHT vary depending on traffic on their end.
Tell them about your circumstances, have them review your account for suspicious behavior, and good luck!2 -

Going on 2 weeks with no response from them would be nice to know someone who actually cares and responds but clearly there's no one
