Banned for no reason, as friends suggested to me, perhaps because of free VPN

I have few servers where I am subscribed, I don’t write to anyone, the included VPN is free, and I didn’t turn on 2F protection, I was banned 5 days ago, I wrote to support, I left two requests for help, I go every day I look, silence, Or Discord went along the path of Sanctions and blocks from Russia, so I don’t even live in Russia, the service is like cheap sites from the 2000s
