Can people steal my token via me just clicking a link?

Can people grab my token via me just clicking a link or do I need to download a file for them to grab it. I am very paranoic so I'd like to know.

    It is possible to have your token stolen by clicking malicious links. As a rule, you'd be wise to not open any links nor download any files unless from a trusted source, even if the link/file looks legit.
