Unread by Moderator indicator

I would like an unread indicator for messages unread by ANY moderator. It could be exactly like the current unread indicator (highlighted channel names) just in a different color. It would show which channels have not been read by anyone with moderator permissions. This would really help moderators keep a lid on larger servers with many messages per minute in multiple channels. Thanks!

    how would you determine who is a "moderator"? specific perms?
