Suggestion for sorting DMs

I want to propose the flexibility to customise the arrangement of viewing DMs. In the very least, possibly pinning Group Chats or being able to put them all together in one central, accessible location. But pinning 'favourite' or 'frequent' people to DM with would be great too.
