Phantom Discord server

So, I got a server invite from a friend temporarily because they accidentally clicked on a server link that suddenly sends a link to that server to all your discord friends. what's this about? it's name is phantom with a danny phantom (like the cartoon) banner. is this a security threat to anyone who clicks on the join link?
