Worried I might lose my account due to the delayed response rates. (it got disabled for chargeback)
I got this issue today where a hacker somehow bought 3 nitro subs of which 2 were processed via PayPal, I noticed it and I acted immediately on it, I contacted support.
After I finished writing to the support, I changed my password and unlinked PayPal from my discord account.
I panicked and wrote to PayPal support too and discord support too to try and resolve this. I froze the nitro subscriptions via PayPal and that broke the ToS apparently. I was panicking and I didn't know that was punishable so discord disabled my account.
It happened while I was in a voice chat, I suddenly got disconnected, and later when I checked my e-mails I found out my account got disabled.
Now I'm scared I might lose it because first: they might reject my appeal, and second: something with PayPal I don't know, third: the response time will take too long and I might lose my disabled account permanently.
I told them if they can't solve this before the time runs out then I'll pay for it all, I can't lose this account, it's history and I have a lot of connections on it, and it would hurt me badly if I lost it.
I'm not mad at anyone but myself on this, I don't mean to offend discord and neither PayPal with my words if they sound or look offensive, it's just how I talk.
I would like to know what I can do to have this properly resolved, I changed all my passwords everywhere I could, my social media accounts, steam, e-mail(Gmail), etc...
Have you had this issue before? What happened in the end? Let's talk about it.
Thanks,
-- David

I feel bad for anyone who actually invests anything of value into discord, because if you get banned, chances are its permanent. Support rarely if ever responds, and when they do its always the same old copy paste response, either saying they lifted the ban or they arent lifting the ban, its completely random. Hopefully you'll resolve it, but if history repeats itself, which it does quite often, I wouldn't get my hopes up

It's sort of half resolved by now, all they need to do now is re-enable it. The proof is there, PayPal resolved it, all done on their end.
On here a bot told me to reply to the email in order for it to get forwarded to their team. Done that, thrice, so now I wait. I did get a response from a human before when I reported the problem, though a little late but still, not bad, I think it was a day after?
I don't mean to offend discord but if their support has problems responding on time then having this 14-day notice for the ban is sort of chaotic. The least they could do is extend the notice or not have it at all. Either a full permanent ban, a time punishment, or just permanently have the account disabled until action is taken.
I don't know for sure, maybe even if they wanted to they couldn't do it for whatever reason. But I'm patient and if they really do delete my account then fine, it was my fault anyway I guess. I put money on that account, what if I called a lawyer and tried something funny...Money isn't a problem, the fact that I was hacked was a problem and I panicked then.

I got it back, they said if this happens again then it's over. Understandable. Lesson learned. Someone remote hacked into my PC and controlled my desktop, my best guess. I've since deleted this program or virus that was in, it also mined bitcoin...I followed some tutorial and reinstalled drivers, now it's gone and all my passwords changed...Man...

You might also want to get a good antivirus so it doesn't happen again. Eset nod32 antivirus is my personal favorite.
