Role specific ping perms

Add a setting when making a role where you can choose which roles that role can ping ex. Moderator has the ability to ping chat revive but community does not

    I would love something like this! I recently had an incident where bots came in and mentioned all of the mentionable roles. It would be great if we had more control than just the "Mention @everyone, @here and All roles" permission, so that you could specify which roles are able to mention which roles. So I could specify that only people that have spoken for a while in the server are able to mention these mentionable game roles for example.
