Allow us to set default privacy settings.

As a large guild admin (~70k members), we constantly get messages from people who have received a direct message from other members of our guild with "Steam gift code", "Bitcoin giveaway", "Discord moderator invitation" or other sort of scams.
We've dealt with this issue for 2-3 years, ever since the server was created, and we've done everything we can as server owners without constantly tagging @\everyone to tell them to disable private messages from members of the guild. This is not a good solution.
Every week there are new members who have lost access to their discord account after having received and fallen for a phishing scam.

Please allow an option to set default privacy settings for every member of the guild. Allow us to set the default of "Allow direct messages from server members." to be set to OFF.
There is already functionality to change the default notification settings, and I believe this is vastly more important for the safety of our users.
Naturally, any member should have to possibility to change this setting if they want to, similarly to how the default notification settings work.
