Add a timer to server deletions?

A few of my friends have been hacked and they lost their servers even though they account their accounts back very quickly. (Within a day) So I was wondering if there can be a 24 hour notice before the server is deleted and it can be stopped by the user. It's an idea a friend gave me from some MMO's they played and I feel it can be used to apply to Discord as well.
