Desperate Help! Disabled Account
I've been trying to get a response from discord for the past 6 days, I'm only posting this because I'm in desperate need of help! I don't want my discord account deleted :(
My account was disabled due to multiple series of chargebacks. let me state yes, I did want to get a refund for Gifted Nitro, but only because I never purchased it! At the time I received a DM from a discord mod bot, saying I was eligible for special privilege's. I believed this because they even sent me a server to a bunch of discord mods, as well as I was eligible for special privilege's in the past, like the custom status. I then later logged in on a fake discord website (didn't know it was fake at the time) which the Mod Bot sent me, after it locked me out of my account and Gifted Nitro was purchased twice due to my PayPal being linked with discord. They set up a 2FA so I couldn't log back in to my account. I then later managed to get my discord account back on the same day (May 26th, thankfully) with the help of the discord support team. But I still had to deal with the issue that I wanted a refund for something I did not even purchase. Afterwards I went on the discord help to see if there was anyway I could get a refund for Gifted Nitro, but "Discord is unable to provide a refund if nitro was claimed". Sadly I got desperate, so I went to PayPal to try to get a refund. 6 minutes later "Your account has been disabled. Check your email." I obviously got scared since I don't even know what I had done wrong, so as they said, I checked my email. I see that , my account was disabled for "one or more chargebacks associated with purchases made on your account." I was so confused, I realized that trying to get a refund from PayPal actually does a charge back, which goes against discords TOS. I immediately withdrew the charges backs and of course I tried appealing by submitting a ticket. But I never gotten a response from a real discord employee for 5 days. Instead I got an automated message saying
Hello,
Your account was banned because our records indicate that one or more chargebacks have been issued through your account associated with superkid361@gmail.com
"In order to regain access to your account, the card owner will need to contact the payment provider associated with these charges and withdraw all open disputes within 14 days from date of suspension.
Once the dispute(s) have been withdrawn, please provide explicit confirmation by attaching a statement or letter from your payment provider indicating that all dispute(s) have been retracted. If this is not the case, you can respond to this ticket and we will be able to investigate further"
I sent them evidence like they stated as well as I replied to the email to them so they can investigate further. I even tried messaging Discords twitter but still no response. I received some advice when I emailed discord support and they recommended me to submit another ticket, which I did.
So I have been waiting and waiting for a response, and I have received none. I am scared about my account's future and this is my desperate attempt to have someone out there to help me. I have no idea what to do at the moment. As well as In my defense I was not aware that PayPal refund regarding a purchase made on Discord goes against the TOS. I was desperate and stressed that my account got hacked. On top of that I lost money, which was very stressful since I don't have a job. I take full responsibility for this situation and I'm very sorry, this was a mistake. I never intend to violate your terms and services as well as I cancelled the refund, PayPal released the chargeback & closed the case on it their end. Please I beg you to give me access back to my account, and I'm sorry for this issue. If anyone can send this to someone who works for Discord, I will greatly appreciate it, so very much, and if anyone who works at Discord sees this, can I please at least get an response as I have stated that I will never do this ever again. Thank you in advanced, and I hope you can understand my situation.

I'm on a similar situation. The only difference is that I never accessed any suspicious scam sites or even made any chargebacks by myself. I was calmly doing my business when I suddently recieved two Nitro purchase notifications, a fraud warning alert from PayPal and... my account got banned in the span of five minutes.
It happened four days ago, still didn't get any sort of human reply from Discord. I'm a bit worried that my account and group projects may get deleted while support takes their time on just replying. :/The absolute lack of proper security protocols in regards of payment in this platform is absolutely ridiculous...
