Account got hacked, got banned for the chargeback on stolen money

I've spent the past 24 hours trying every avenue to contact discord to be ignored on twitter/facebook/direct email and get a snarky response from the reddit team. The issue i had is that i charge backed STOLEN MONEY and my account got disabled for it, can someone PLEASE get back to me on any of the methods I have used to reach out. Thanks James
