Allow users to resize or move voice channel text chat
Hello, I would like to suggest the ability for users to resize, move, or pop out the voice channel text chats, so it isn't locked onto the right side of the screen at a locked size, I would sometimes like to be able to, for example move the text channel to the right side of the voice channel screen, or full screen the text chat, or have it on the bottom part of my screen, below the streams or videos that I am currently watching. I think that popping out the chat would be a good addition as well, in order to allow those with multiple monitors to watch a stream on the main monitor, while having the voice channel text on a secondary monitor.

I agree that being able to pop out the chat and resize would be a great addition. It would also be nice to keep the video chat channel in the main Discord window while being able to only pop out the video itself. When you're in multiple active servers, having to switch between a video window, a popped out chat window, and the main interface feels like it would break the flow a bit. However, being able to split the two views to popout windows definitely has its advantages.
