More support, less automation
My brother has recently got his account disabled, he tried appealing and sending messages to the staff multiple times in order to not lose his account as he has many to him important stuff in there. The reasoning says he was involved in some kind of a spam activity. He said he has no clue to exactly why was he banned and only got a reply stating "upon reviewing, your account wont be re-enabled" with zero further reasoning. Judging by the slow response time by the actual discord staff and instead getting automated responses, I doubt he will even be able to pull his data before his account gets fully deleted. He said he had zero clue to what he did, even if he has done something, the lack of exact reasoning and the same monotone responses of "refer to the other mail that contains the reasoning" is absolutely terrible. He should at least be able to pull his data
