Audit log not comprehensive

In one of my servers, an admin moved a channel to a category with more restrictive permissions. When the channel was moved, it inherited the permissions of the new, more restrictive category. Neither the movement of the channel, nor the change to its effective permissions, was reflected in the audit log. This made troubleshooting the now-missing permissions more difficult. 

Please update the audit log to report channel moves, as well as any permissions that may change as a result of such moves. (Even if the channel's permissions are always synced to its parent category, a change in category may result in a change of permissions.)
