Less ambiguous notifications

Notifications are confusing presently. I get an alert but I can't tell which server it's from nor which channel not if it's a DM. It therefore is pretty pointless. I'm in a bunch of Discord servers so it's not easy to track. A better system would be to look at how social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit do it. They have a single centralised notifications panel. This can be opened to show whatever comment replies/DMs etc are applicable. Clicking these will then take you to the relevant area.

This is a common feature as it works. It keeps notifications easy to find
